Üriner İnkontinans Tedavisinde Önerilen Yaşam Biçimi Uygulamalarına Güncel Yaklaşım

Abstract

ÖZET Üriner inkontinans, kadınların yaşam kalitesini etkileyen, fiziksel, sosyal ve ruhsal sağlık üzerinde olum-suz etkisi olan yaygın bir durumdur. Farmakolojik ve cerrahi tedaviler dışında, yaşam tarzı değişiklikleri, davra-nışsal, fiziksel ve tamamlayıcı müdahaleler üriner inkontinans semptomlarını hafifletmek için uygulanan tedavi yaklaşımlarıdır. İnkontinanslı hasta için en az invaziv ve en az tehlikeli yöntemin ilk seçenek olması önerilmektedir. Bu nedenle üriner inkontinans semptomlarını azaltmaya yönelik farmakolojik ve cerrahi olmayan yöntemler ol-dukça önemlidir. Bu derlemenin amacı; yaşam biçimi uygulamalarının (kilo kaybı, sigara tüketimi, diyet bileşen-leri, sıvı alımı, egzersiz ve bağırsak alışkanlığı) üriner inkontinans semptomları üzerindeki etkisini güncel çalış-malar doğrultusunda incelemektir.

ABSTRACT Uriner incontinance is an widespread situation which effects the life quality of the womens on phchological, phsical and social ways.Apart from changing of pharmacological and surgical treatments, the life tendency, behavioral, phsical and complemantary implementation are the way of treatments of to lighten the UI symptoms. It's recommended that for the patient with Uİ the least dangerous and invasive method is the first option so that, unsurgical and pharmalogic methods are very important decrease UI symptoms. The aim of this article review the effects of the life tendancy implamentations (lose weight, smoking, diet, liquid consuming, exercise and bowel habits etc.) on the UI symptoms under the light of the recent studies.
