Kadınların Doğum Ağrısına Yönelik Algı Ve Duyguları: Primiparlar; Korku, Panik, Kaygı Yaşıyor Ve Destek İstiyorlar
Abstract
Amaç: Doğum ağrısı
fizyolojik, psikolojik ve çevresel faktörlerin etkileşimini içeren sübjektif
bir deneyimdir. Ayrıca, kültürel değerler ve öğrenilmiş davranışlar da ağrıyı algılamayı
ve ağrıya verilen cevabı etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı doğum yapan
kadınların doğum ağrısına yönelik algı ve duygularını değerlendirmek, etkileyen
faktörleri belirlemektir.
Yöntem:
Kesitsel olan araştırmanın evrenini, Mart-Ekim 2016 tarihleri arasında bir
hastaneye doğum için başvuran ve normal doğum yapan kadınlar oluşturdu.
Araştırmada, 300 kadın ile çalışıldı. Verilerin toplanmasında “Anket formu” ve
Visual Analog Skala kullanıldı.
Bulgular: Primiparların önemli
düzeyde daha yüksek korku (p<.001), panik (p<.001), kaygı (p<.001)
yaşadıkları, destek alma ihtiyacı hissettikleri (p<.001) ve bebeğini
kaybetme duygusu (p<.05) yaşadıkları saptandı. Multiparların önemli düzeyde
daha çok kendilerine güvendikleri bulundu (p<.001).
Sonuç: Kadınların doğum
ağrısını dayanılmaz algılamaları ve baş etmek için farklı yöntemler
kullanmaları, daha çok ebelerden destek almaları buna yönelik girişimlerin
geliştirilmesine işaret etmektedir.

The Perceptions and Feelings of Women Related to Labor Pain: Fear, Panic, Anxiety Feelings and Support Need of Primiparas Women
Abstract
Aim:
Labor pain is a subjective experience that is affected not only by
physiological factors but also by psychosocial, cultural and envorimental
factors. The aim of this study is to
assess and determine the perceptions and feelings of women towards labor pain.
Methods: The universe of the cross-sectional
study consisted of 300 women who came to hospital for labor. Only women who had
normal labor were included. "Survey form" and Visual Analog Scale
were used to collect the data.
Results:
This study found that primiparas had high levels of fear (p<0.001). A considerable number had panic (p<0.001) and anxiety (p<0.001),
felt more need for support (p<0.001), and
were fearful of losing their baby (p<0.05).
Multiparas also had more self-confidence.
Conclussion: Women perceive intolerable labor
pain, use different methods to cope and re more likely to receive support
require the development of initiatives directed at them.
