Term Yenidoğanlarda Doğumun Üçüncü Evresinde Umblikal Kordun Klempleme ve Kesilme Uygulamaları

Öz

Doğumun üçüncü evresinde
yenidoğana doğru uygulamaların yapılması neonatal mortalite ve morbiditeyi
azaltmak açısından son derece önemlidir. Yenidoğanın umblikal kord klempleme ve
kesme işlemi de bu uygulamalar arasında yer almaktadır. Ebelerin çalışma ve
sorumluluk alanları arasında yenidoğanın umblikal kord klempleme ve kesilmesi
de yer almaktadır.  Bu açıdan konu
hakkında güncel yaklaşımları bilmeleri önemlidir. Bu çalışmada, yenidoğanın umblikal kord klempleme ve
kesilmesi uygulamalarında güncel yaklaşımlar incelenmiştir.
