Çinko İlaveli Yemle Beslenen Ratların Dalak Dokusunda Mineral Madde Profilinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, fazla
miktarda çinko içeren diyetle beslenen ratların dalak dokusunda bazı
elementlerin (Zn, Cu, Mn, Mg, Ca, Fe, K) düzeyleri ve antioksidan etkileri ile
çinkonun yetersizliği ve fazlalığında meydana gelen değişiklikler
araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada hayvan materyali olarak rat kullanılmıştır.
Ratlar, her grupta 10 adet olacak şekilde 2 ayrı gruba ayrılmıştır. Kontrol
grubundaki ratlar ad libitum
beslenmeye tabi tutulmuş olup içme suyu olarak deiyonize su verilmiştir. Deneme
gurubuna ise 4 hafta süreyle çinko sülfat içme sularına 227mg/l oranında
karıştırılarak verilmiştir. Kan ve doku örnekleri alındıktan sonra yapılan
analizler sonucunda kontrol grubu ve deney grubunun çinko düzeyleri 0.30±0.12,
0.28±0.16 mg/dl; bakır düzeyi 0.03±0.03, 0.03±0.002 mg/dl; manganez düzeyi
 0.32±0.003,
0.025±0.004 mg/dl; Magnezyum düzeyleri 2.39±0.13, 2.42±0.43 mg/dl; Kalsiyum
düzeyi 1.83±0.50, 1.78±0.75 mg/dl; demir düzeyi 11.01±0.55, 9.67±0.62 mg/dl ve
potasyum düzeyleri 20.44±0.16, 19.26±0.28 mg/dl olarak sırasıyla bulundu. Sonuç
olarak, rat içme suyuna 227mg/l çinko ilavesinin rat dalak dokusu üzerine
herhangi bir olumsuz etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Potasyum fazlalığında
Zn takviyesi faydalı olabilir.
