Abstract
Bu
çalışmamızın birincil amacı; spastik serebral palsi (SP)’li hastalarda pasif
germe egzersizlerinin 10 metreyi yürüme zamanı üzerine etkisini araştırmaktır.
İkincil amacı pasif germe egzersizlerin Modifiye Ashwort Skalası (MAS)’a göre
spastisiteye etkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya SP tanısı konulmuş, yaşları 4
ile 18 arasında değişen, Kaba Motor Fonksiyonel Sınıflama Sistemi (KMFSS)’ye
göre, seviye I ve II olan 30 hasta (erkek:15, kadın:15, hemiparetik:17,
diparetik:10, kuadriparetik:3) dahil edildi.
Çalışmamızın süresi 2 aylık bir süreçten oluşmaktaydı.
